The present study investigated the effect of doxycycline (100mg/5ml) on human platelet function. The study was conducted on human platelets from healthy volunteers, as well as from patients with and without previous platelet injury, and a subcutaneous platelet injury (PlpI) was induced in a rabbit. A single dose of doxycycline (100mg/5ml) was administered to the platelets, and the platelet function was evaluated by measuring the platelet aggregation in the following tests: platelet function, aggregation and in terms of the number of aggregation (adapalmetin, platelet count and mean platelet volume). Platelet function, platelet count and mean platelet volume were determined after 6 weeks of treatment and 6 hours of a 2 hour time interval between treatments. The results showed that the platelet function in the treated group (platelet count < 30/mm3) was significantly lower than that in the control group (platelet count 30.6, < 50/mm3). Platelet count in the treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group (platelet count 30.6 and<50) after 6 weeks of treatment. In the PlpI group, platelet aggregation was significantly lower than that in the control group (platelet count < 30/mm3) after 6 weeks of treatment. There was no significant difference between the two groups (platelet count 30.6 and <50/mm3). The present study shows that doxycycline (100mg/5ml) can reduce platelet function and reduce the number of platelet aggregation in patients with platelet injury. However, further studies should be conducted to determine the effect of doxycycline on platelet function.

Platelets, a type of granules in the blood and tissues of the body, are a critical component of the circulatory system, and are the source of oxygen and nutrients for the body. Placental hormone and hormone-like growth factors, also referred to as HGH, are essential for the maintenance of a healthy circulatory system, and are present in the circulation of the various organs such as the heart, brain, liver and kidney. During the early stages of platelet development, platelets are released from their granules and then move through the vascular endothelium and enter the platelets. During the late stages of platelet development, platelets are released from their granules and then move through the blood vessels, and in the later stages, platelets are released from their granules and then move through the blood vessels and enter the platelets. In the present study, doxycycline (100mg/5ml) was administered to healthy volunteers to investigate the effect of doxycycline on platelet function and platelet aggregation.
The present study was undertaken to investigate the effect of doxycycline (100mg/5ml) on human platelets from healthy volunteers and from patients with and without previous platelet injury, to investigate the effect of doxycycline (100mg/5ml) on platelet function and the number of platelet aggregation and in terms of the number of platelet aggregation in the studied groups.
